By using IDB Store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock or if pricing/information errors are found, in which case any payment made will be refunded.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices and run promotions at any time.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfer. For prepaid methods, orders are processed once payment is verified. Submitting false payment proof may result in order cancellation.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier or location factors.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including logos, text and images — belongs to IDB Store or its suppliers and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IDB Store is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased.
