Returns & Exchanges

Not quite right? No problem — we offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Our policy

• Request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
• Include the original packaging where possible.

How to request a return

• Message us on WhatsApp or via the Contact page with your order number and reason.
• We'll guide you on returning the item and arrange a pickup or drop-off.
• Once received and inspected, we process your exchange or refund.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Exchanges are free (you only cover return delivery where applicable), subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued via your original payment method or JazzCash/EasyPaisa/bank transfer for COD orders, usually within 3–5 working days of us receiving the returned item.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as innerwear and pierced accessories) cannot be returned unless faulty. Damaged or incorrect items are always replaced free of charge.
